As I mentioned in an earlier blog, the NHL has chosen Sani Sport as the “preferred supplier in the category of equipment sanitizing”. This is an honour for our company. This designation is of great significance to any and all involved in the game of hockey. I’m pleased to report as well that our sister company Dupliskate has also been awarded this prestigious title in the category of “skate sharpening equipment”. We work hard to service all of our customers with the same diligence and care that we use to deal with our NHL customers. We thank the NHL for this wonderful opportunity and we will strive to be worthy of this title.

Often times in business, a decision has to be made about how to handle a situation. As with everything else, there’s always the right way to deal with things and the wrong way. I’ve been pleased to see and hear over the recent past that Sani Sport users, for the most part, share my philosophy regarding business ethics and morals. There are multiple ways to deal with a particular issue, but the truth, and dealing with people in the same manner that you would want to be treated, has always been a staple of Sani Sport. So whether dealing with a difficult customer or listening to some sort of falsehood that has been spread by a competitor, do as does Sani Sport and it’s customers, just take the high road.

 This is the first of hopefully many blogs regarding Sani Sport. I hope you enjoy it. There are many exciting things happening, but for the time being, I’ll update you on a few recent events. We recently were informed by the NHL that we had been selected for the eighth year in a row, as the preferred NHL supplier in the category of equipment cleaning. This is something we value, and don’t take for granted, as the NHL goes to great lengths to “kick the tires” and determine which companies are worthy of this designation. With just about the entire league using Sani Sport, we feel that this honor is well deserved and we’ll continue to set the highest standards , not only for our NHL customers, but for all Sani Sport owners.

I’d also like to welcome Sani Sport’s newest AHL customer, the Peoria Rivermen, a member of the St. Louis Blues family. I’m sure Steve Castelleti and his staff will make Sani Sport a part of their daily routine. Comments and questions are always welcome. Steve Silver.
